A wellbeing platform and mobile apps that teach the science of stress and breathing, pairing an online learning experience with reminders and weekly challenges to build healthy habits.

Stress and anxiety cut across every industry and demographic, yet few people understand the connection between physiology, the stress response, and how we breathe. Take a Breath set out to turn that science into an effective, everyday intervention.

What we built

Putti developed a complete digital ecosystem: an online learning platform with educational videos and quizzes that track progress, plus iOS and Android apps with customisable reminder notifications. A weekly challenge feature encourages users to complete exercises tied to anxiety, sleep, and mood, all wrapped in a user-centric interface designed for intuitive engagement.

The result pairs education with practical tools — helping users understand the science of stress while nudging them to practise breathing exercises and track measurable progress over time.
