The challenge
New Shoots runs childcare centres across dozens of New Zealand locations, but its website no longer reflected the brand or made it easy for parents to find and enrol with a nearby centre.
What we built
We rebuilt the site around a refreshed brand identity, added a location finder powered by the Google Maps API, and established a design system built to grow with the business. Alongside the redesign we reworked the SEO foundation and added a dedicated careers page to support recruitment.
The result
The new site improved search visibility and engagement, helped parents find the right centre faster, and strengthened New Shoots' employer brand in a competitive hiring market.
