The challenge
Kitset Assembly Services runs furniture and kitchen installation across a franchise network spanning several countries, with hundreds of thousands of products and constant scheduling pressure. Manual processes were holding back utilisation and scalability.
What we built
We built a custom end-to-end portal covering job scheduling, quotes, invoicing, messaging, and client management, backed by an Android app and a white-label booking portal. The platform automates job allocation, integrates with Xero for accounting, captures technician forms, and tracks customer feedback and NPS.
The result
Automated allocation and real-time scheduling reduced conflicts and improved resource utilisation, while streamlined communication and a scalable foundation let the franchise network keep growing.
