Property valuations in New Zealand were expensive and hard to access, leaving buyers struggling to compare homes and judge fair market value. Homes.co.nz wanted to put that research within everyone's reach.
What we built
Putti built iOS and Android applications on top of Homes.co.nz's existing website content, creating a seamless digital experience. The apps bring together property search, HomeEstimates, sales history, council data, agent connections, and saved-property alerts — all free to users.
People can browse properties whether or not they're for sale, tap into free market research including sales history and rating values, save searches, and receive alerts for the properties they care about.
