The challenge

Hirepool, New Zealand's leading equipment hire company, wanted to modernise the counter and the yard — the hub where hires are quoted, contracted, and turned around. The goal was a faster, paperless in-person experience that lifted customer satisfaction and made the yard work harder as a revenue centre.

What we built

We delivered a web platform that lets staff create quotes and contracts, scan equipment, and see regional availability through an automated heatmap. Pre-populated forms streamline repetitive workflows, and the platform integrates with Hirepool's ERP, Active Directory, CMS, and printer networks so the counter, back office, and yard stay in sync.

The result

Experienced users create contracts 40–60% faster, and less experienced staff see 60–80% efficiency gains. New employees hit record-breaking completion times, turning a once-manual process into a fast, consistent workflow across the business.
