The solution
We built a user-friendly frontend for managing forms alongside a middleware layer that pushes third-party form submissions straight into simPRO job records. The two-way integration handled automated attachment uploads and custom data mapping, with form fields pre-populated from existing job data.
The result
Data now flows automatically between the form platform and simPRO, removing manual entry and the errors that came with it. Pre-filled fields improved accuracy and the whole process runs faster and cleaner for teams working in the field.
