We built a cloud-based web portal covering jobs management and Health & Safety risk assessment. Customers log maintenance jobs, staff allocate work to contractors, and contractors process jobs, complete tasks, and upload documents and photos. Digitised forms capture data in real time and route it through approval workflows.
