Centrapay needed to turn a complex open-banking concept into something people could actually use. That meant designing secure payment flows, supporting users without traditional debit cards, meeting a banking partner's compliance requirements, and balancing speed, security, and usability all at once.
What we built
We designed a secure, open-banking-compatible architecture with clean, intuitive mobile flows, a flexible funding system, and consistent performance across iOS and Android. The app pairs scan-to-pay with gamified rewards and debit card connectivity. Throughout, we worked in parallel with Centrapay's banking partner to align timelines and clarify technical expectations.
The result
Centrapay launched a secure, production-ready mobile app with open-banking payment flows integrated with its banking partner. The scalable architecture provides a foundation for future features and for continued regulatory and compliance growth.
