Atomic Coffee Roasters wanted to bring the convenience of the old-fashioned milk run to specialty coffee, delivering freshly hand-roasted beans without compromising on freshness or sustainability.
The build
Putti developed Brew Run as a progressive web app with flexible weekly, bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions. A reusable canister system keeps beans fresh and cuts packaging waste: customers pay once for a canister, then receive refills at no extra cost. Behind the storefront, delivery management tools handle inventory, roasting schedules and route optimisation.
The result
The app lifted customer engagement through a simple ordering experience, substantially reduced packaging waste, and streamlined the operational side of roasting and delivery, reinforcing Atomic's reputation as an environmentally conscious brand.
