The build
Putti delivered a virtual queueing and business intelligence platform spanning iOS and Android apps, a web portal and backend infrastructure. It integrated with the existing point-of-sale system, Shopify and Mailchimp to build a unified customer database, with real-time queue management, wait-time estimation, customer notifications and booking history.
The result
Customers gained transparency into wait times and timely notifications, reducing frustration across every location. Aggregated financial reporting gave BarberShopCo unified visibility across franchise accounts, lifting satisfaction and loyalty.
